Prices:
All prices are F.O.B., New Delhi, India and are subject to change without notice. Applicable import duty, sales tax, shipping and handling charges are additional to published prices.

Payment terms:
1) All orders must be paid in advance of production by wire transfer (T.T) or L.C at sight.
2) Unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping instructions:
Most of our products are insured and delivered via air between 2 to 4 days in US, Canada and Europe, unless otherwise requested.

Damaged product:
Our products are carefully packed and handed over to the shipping carrier and we would not be responsible for any damage suffered in transit. The carrier is responsible for any damaged goods and our customers are requested to contact the shipping company for claims, if any. Customers are requested to inspect for any damage or shortage before signing off any documents by the shipping agents. Do not completely unpack damaged merchandise until the carrier officially inspects the merchandise.

Packing:
Packing is done in four ply cargorated boxes. Each product is wrapped in air bubble polythen sheets. Thermocol packing is also used wherever necessary. We reserve the right to pack in the most suitable way to avoid damages.

Shortage:
All claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within two days of receipt of your order. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Returns or Cancellations:
No merchandise may be returned or cancelled since all our orders are custom made.

Colors:
Colors may vary from the color shown on your monitor and are subject to slight variations.

Production schedules:
Every effort would be made to adhere to the committed schedules. However, they are subject to change without notice due to availability of materials, work load, transit delays, if any, etc.

Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials till the time of inspection by the customer. To & Fro Shipping,handling & related cost from India will have to be borne by the customer.

Sizes:
All sizes and specifications are approximate.

Privacy Policy:
Your personal information is confidential. Information collected will not be shared without your written consent.

Artwork:
All artwork remains our property until purchased with product.

Disputes if any: All disputes will be settled in Delhi Courts only.
